I've now bought a couple of properties being sold through Martin & Co. Even though, as the buyer, I have not been Martin & Co's client, I have always found them to be professional and incredibly supportive. Barbra Cousins in particular has been mightily helpful with a recent purchase despite some unreasonable pressure from the sellers. If I'm in need of agent services in the future, Martin & Co will be my first thought.

Extremely smooth service, Dayna was lovely and made everything really clear from start to finish. U even got a little welcome box filled with little homey bits (the breakfast bar in there was 10/10). Would definitely recommend.
