I noticed a few negative reviews here and decided I should bring a fair balanced view. I can only guess that some of these views are written by competitors of this agency or disgruntled tenants. I have dealt with this agency for over 3 years and had nothing but a straightforward professional approach. I am a landlord whom has never had a bad tenant via them and they deal with all my maintenance issues. Indeed, I find their staff friendly and approachable. They dealt with difficult tenants on my behalf and just because a tenant cannot get their own way (i.e. Breaking the contract early) doesn`t give them a right be annoyed/aggressive. I would recommend them without hesitation.

1-Star Review We recently enquired about a rental property on Middlesex Drive, Bury, through Martin & Co Prestwich. I explained to Dayna Green MARLA that we do not have a home guarantor but that we are both in full-time employment with a combined income of £80,000. She initially confirmed this would be fine and invited us to view the property. We travelled from Bradford with our children during rush hour to attend the viewing and found the property suitable. However, when we expressed interest in proceeding, Dayna suddenly insisted a home guarantor was mandatory. This lack of clarity and poor communication resulted in a complete waste of our time and effort. If the guarantor requirement was non-negotiable, it should have been made clear from the beginning. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Martin & Co Prestwich—especially Dayna Green Marla—based on our disappointing experience. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

Worst ever agent I have seen in UK, they got the deposit amount and last minute they said landlord gave tenancy to someone else. this made as lot of pain
