I can't recommend Sawyer & Co highly enough, in particular Kane and Hass at Preston Park who have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From Kane working so hard to find me a suitable buyer to Hass going over and above to ensure the exchange happened in time to keep everyone happy. Not only that, everyone I have dealt with at Sawyer & Co has been an absolute delight to speak to, they are always helpful and have always made me feel like an important customer, even in these times when they must be under a lot of pressure due to a national pandemic !!! Hass has been exceptional. If there are are awards to be won for estate agents then he would get my vote every time. Thoroughly disappointed with a sale going nowhere with a previous estate agent, it was Hass and Sawyer and Co to the rescue. Hass turned around my dismay and disappointment and sold the property within a week, which meant that a flat we had our eye on to move on to, was not lost. We bought our property from Sawyer and Co 3 years ago and have used them for selling the same property which is a week away from completion. We have bought two houses through Sawyer & Co as well as one sale. They were excellent from start to finish on each occasion and we couldn't recomend them enough. All of their team are friendly, and unlike most estate agents are non pressurizing. A call out to Hass who did an excellent job in speeding up our sale and purchase, helping us to beat the stamp duty deadline. If we move in the future there will only be one estate agent who we'll be selling with!
