We had tried to sell our flat with several agents before going to Sawyer & Co – each of which would promise the world and ultimately deliver disappointing results (and often straight up lying to us to the point of getting their friends to view so it looked as though they were getting interest). Aaron and the team at S&C were a breathe of fresh air. They were entirely honest from the start, non pushy and advised us on everything we needed to know up front. Aaron booked in viewings regularly and provided feedback promptly without us having to chase. We found a buyer during peak COVID and a lot quicker than we thought we would. As with most sales to FTB, our buyer became a little tricky and demanded a bigger discount at the last minute and he quickly defused the situation in a professional yet effective manner and got the sale exchanged and completed the next week.
