Refused because i dont work witch is illegal

Absolute rip off merchants. They don’t reply to concerns about the property and the charges are just are a disgrace. I wouldn’t use them again even if my life depended on it. Steer well clearNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

Filled in their online form and received an email saying they would get back to me. They didnt so I sent a further email and again was told they would get back to me. They never did. I can only assume business is booming. With regards to your reply I last recieved a response on the 3rd July from "prescot@belvoir.co.uk" .NegativeResponsiveness

Absolute joke. I arranged a valuation and organised my day around it. They turned up on time only to hand me a valuation report (report valued it much lower than ‘real’ estate agents); they didn’t even come inside the house. Time wasters! Update: the agent has just called and sold a pack of lies - first telling me she did not want to come in because she seen my son playing and didn’t want to disturb him (he is 5!) and then changed her story to ‘that’s how we value properties - we don’t want to seem pushy’. I just wish they told me this before I arrange it.

Terrible service. I enquired about two properties that weren't available for rental yet and made it very clear that I was in a position to make a decision on either of them there and then. I was told that I would be contacted when they were available to view. I kept looking because I had no contact from Belvoir Prescot office and find that both properties are now Let Agreed! Not a single phone call from the branch or anything. Pathetic
