Unfortunately last night I locked myself out of my flat, so I contacted Northwood, and although it was after they had closed, Simon was more than happy to collect the key from the office, and then come down and let me in. Really pleased with the service.

Calling estate agents into my home was daunting and alien to me as I have never sold a property before.I love my home but simply out grown it. With so many to choose from I did some research and selected a few to come round. Katie visited and was able to advise me on both the sales and rental market, did not feel like a generic sales pitch but an informative chat giving me options. Now sold and moving into my new home I would recommend Northwood to anyone, the team guided me through the whole process, delivered the service they promised and what's great is I have the glossy brochure of my first house as a keep sake!

Recently moved in to the area and I thought it would be a nightmare as we were having to do everything long distance but Northwood were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us updated the whole way. They were great at organising viewings for us so we could fit in as much as possible. Simon recently sold a property for us that was rented out. He kept us informed all the way through the process, and the sale completed just after our tenants moved out, meaning we weren't out of pocket. Everything was handled brilliantly and I would use Northwood again without a second thought.

Northwood are easy to contact, respond very quickly and are very friendly. Moving in was hassle free, although I did have to sign and date every single page of a 45 page inventory which felt a bit excessive. The property was relatively clean when I moved in, although there were some glaring oversights - it was not a professional clean. Issues with the property were quickly fixed.
