This is one of my favourite restaurants and I have been coming here for years but, having but been for a while, I visited last night with a friend and, despite the food being fabulous (as always) we did feel incredibly rushed from the moment we sat down and then the menu's. I appreciate that this is a popular restaurant which gets very busy, especially at weekends, but the pressure and constant asking if we were ready to order and or wanted anything else, made us feel unwelcome and rushed. Food is incredible though!

Good portion. But the taste is not really good for an Asian. Just better than the supermarket one. The greatest is a lot of parking space in surrounding area.

The only downside and reason for the negative review is that I feel rushed out of the restaurant. When I dine, I don’t like to be rushed, it is not a nice experience and I appreciate that they need to turn over tables, but just let diners relax rather than hurry them out of the door. That it poor service and I don’t appreciate it.

Could’ve better customer service

Amazing food as always but let down by some mismanagement at the beginning. We called ahead about an hour and a half earlier to ask if we could have a table for 3 instead of the original 2 and we were told this was fine. However, when we arrived it was clear they had forgotten to alter our booking and had no room for us. They then left us standing at the front of the very small restaurant for 10 minutes before moving us to what we thought was our table. We then began to order our food and were told ‘your table is this way’ as we were apparently taking up another groups table. There was no clear communication and they could do with being more on top of this as it does ruin the experience somewhat. We were on the verge of leaving we felt it was that bad, glad we stayed as we loved the food but it is clear they sometimes clearly overbook themselves as there were several people waiting in the cramped restaurant. I they need to either restructure the booking system or ensure diners are done for when the next cover arrives, not 25 minutes after.

Did enjoy the food but not the staff or atmosphere because as soon as we sat down they wanted us eat and leave asap. Never let us breathe or enjoy the food as a family. I do not plan to go or recommend this place.
