We put the house on with Sawyde and Harris and from the off set they were efficient and professional. However they, especially Michelle, really excelled when we ran into difficulties. She answered / returned all my calls and was supportive throughout. It was reassuring and invaluable to know they were there when needed. Thank you

I recently rented a property through Sawdye and Harris. I found their level of service, communication and follow through thoroughly professional and efficient. The "Welcome to Your New Home" box of goodies we received from them was a classy completion to the process. I would cerainly recommend them to any prospective tenant. And to any landlords ... they are thorough in their screening process.

I had a really difficult buyer & having Sawdye and Harris as my estate agent made a huge difference. Katie could not have been more proactive & helpful. I don't think I could have continued with the sale without her help & support. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Michelle and Louisa have been very kind, very considerate and very attentive. They went beyond the call of duty in considering our situation and supplied a wide range of ideas and options; very pleasant to deal with and they provide confidence to your thinking process, without trying to foist things upon you. Also, like Michelle, we too like a bag of crisps at times... ;)

House moving is never easy with many complications, however having Michelle to support us every step of the way was priceless. Constant communication day and night and even when she was on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble! Such a kind, bubbly and super professional lady! Thank you for making such a stressful time less crazy knowing I had you on the end of the phone throughout with all my silly questions and silly rants! You are amazing and S&H are extremely lucky to have you as part of their team. Thank you for not letting me go completely insane xxx
