Payton Jewell Caines - Port Talbot

Pic, project them self, with zeal and alacrity. I am particularly impressed with the leadership shown by Sara Hawkins, in dealing with my complex issue. I will continue to use there service and promote and recommend Pjc to other users. Many thanks Sarah Marriott

I have purchased two and sold one property with PJC in Port talbot. Very professional and friendly service, with great communication throughout the process. Everyone's always very helpful when chasing up solicitors or queries. Can't recommend this company enough!!!

Neath Branch. Although they were new to the area when I put my property up for sale with them I was very impressed of their knowledge of the local housing market. Excellent service from start to finish. Always kept me informed throughout the process with an organised and professional manner. Many thanks to Rachel and Catherine for your efforts in selling my bungalow.

I recently bought my first house with PJC and I just want to thank everyone in the Bridgend office in particular Nicola who was a big help. I would recommend anyone buying or selling to go and speak with PJC.

Wonderful staff, really helpful and great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!

My parents sold their house and bought their new home via PJC last year, Sharon and the team at Pencoed were great. My parents had been in their home for 47yrs and Sharon understood how they felt which made the move alot easier. Thanks Sharon and the team

Would not hesitate to recommend Payton Jewell Caines - Sharon Sturgiss and her colleagues in the Pencoed branch for selling a property. They give a friendly first class service and take the stress away from the whole process. My house sale went through quickly without a hitch with their help and guidance. Cannot thank you all enough 🏡

First class service at Pencoed, a very professional team. Sharon made buying my first house a dream! Always at the end of the phone when I needed some advice, no query was too small for her to answer. Well done team, will definitely be in touch when I need to sell/buy again.

Richard and I have used PJC selling and buying in Pencoed, we have always had excellent service from Sharon and her team, would never even think of going elsewhere.

Can highly recommend this company, especially the lovely Sharon at the Pencoed office. Had some dealings with her recently. She could not have been more friendly or helpful.
