I have just sold my parents house with PJC. What can I say at a very traumatic time for me I have been helped with empathy and understanding. Helen and the girls at Bridgend branch are absolutely fantastic they've kept me informed during the whole process and really do take the stress out of having to sell a family home. From the time I made contact with Helen at PJC I was constantly kept up to date with everything. They even helped me choose a solicitor (who was also fab by the way). We have sold 3 houses with PJC. The first was a bungalow in Pencoed many years ago, in our youth. It sold in 2 days! The 2nd was a house in Park Street Bridgend; it sold within the month and now we are selling our little cottage in Pencoed and guess what ... even in this economic climate, it has sold in 2 days! We had 2 offers within 48 hours!! I think it's because Estate Agency is more than just a job to this team. They really are on the top of their game. The agents obviously love their work and get on so well together. 110% efficient! I wish they could come and sort the rest of my life out, too! :)
