We have just completed the sale of my mother's property through Starkings and would like to say that their service was excellent throughout

I have just completed my first time buy on a house, and starkings and watson have been amazing, highly recommend. I would love to mention that Daniel Siggins was a lot of help; in giving me weekly updates to where the progress was, and giving me emails in good time with things that I needed to complete my end.

Top notch, personal service from Starkings & Watson, from beginning to end. I would gladly recommend the S&W team to buyers or sellers. Ours was a probate sale, and they helped out every step of the way, from listing to analytics to maintenance while we dealt with the vacant property and courted potential buyers.

Slick process from start to finish. Purchased out first house through S&W in 2020 and having recently sold and exchanged (following a buyer pulling out in May) the thought never crossed our minds to go with any other estate agent. Peter Downes was very proactive in getting our house listed and advertised for a quick and successful sale. Sarah dealt with our initial sale with Daniel taking over once things fell through the first time. Ultimately very pleased with our 2nd experience with S&W and would highly recommend them for a down-to-earth and personable estate agent experience. There's no 'sweet talk' it's all just plain and clear how it should be.

As an ex-estate agent I am quite hard to please and haven't been particular impressed with agents in Poringland. However, selling my property with Starkings & Watson was a refreshing change. From Chris on day 1 who "got me" and didn't try to hard sell and really worked with me to present the property in the best way. To Carl who took ownership of the marketing once the property was live and then, the hardest job of all was left to Daniel, the sales progressor - in my mind the role which really differentiates estate agents who regularly dismiss the importance of post-sale chasing. If we didn't have Daniel fighting our corner I don't think we'd have moved. Thank you all and I can't recommend you more.

We found Starkings and Watson to be a great estate agent. All the staff were friendly and professional and were always willing to help. Our home sold in less than two weeks and the quality of the photos on our advert really helped. I will be recommending S&W to friends. The aspect I particularly liked about them was from a buyers perspective when we viewed homes with them they were not at all pushy which I think really helps when selling someone’s home.

This has to be one of if not the best estate agents I’ve used (I’ve bought 6 properties in the past). From start to finish they kept me informed in a friendly manner. They also kept me grounded when things got choppy. Particular staff who went above and beyond were Stacey Button and Daniel Siggins - both are true assets to the business and I’ll be sad not to chat with them regularly once my sale completes. If I ever have to buy/sell again I would 110% recommend Starkings & Watson.
