Today we exchanged, on what was probably the most painful house move in history- although I’m sure 99% of people reading this review will argue they have had worse, seeing as the the house moving process in England is about 40 years behind where it should be. Anyway, I digress. This review is purely for Caroline Larke. Without Caroline the sales progressor this move would absolutely not have happened. The business owe her a lot. Because she has had to battle constantly with 2 different legal companies who both of which were ‘recommended’ by Starkings and Watson. This 5* review feels slightly unwarranted for the business of Starkings & Watson but I feel it would be an injustice not to specially mention Caroline for the all the hard work she put in for ourselves and others in the chain dealing with inept legal teams. I sincerely hope the business takes a hard look at who they recommend their customers to use for legal representation in the future. I also hope they give Caroline a nice monetary bonus and not just a glass trophy at an award ceremony at the end of the business year.

The whole team were excellent especially Daniel, Peter and Caroline. You have been fabulous, professional, friendly and so supportive. You have gone above and beyond and it has felt like a very personalised experience. Caroline was our seller's agent and was more communicative and helpful than our own solicitor, without her we would have had a much bigger headache! Her policy of keeping the buyer up to date was very comforting. if we ever sell our house (which hopefully we won't!) then we know who to come to.
