I would definitely recommend Starkings & Watson to anyone selling a home in Norwich or East Anglia. I had marketed my property with two different estate agents prior to instructing S&W and neither of them were able to get me any offers. After going with S&W I had an offer within 2 weeks and more viewings in that time than the other agents had managed in the preceding 6 months.
