The Poringland office and central team have been incredible throughout our experience of buying and selling with them. Fantastic communication! Always at the end of an email or the phone for all my worries and woes. I have now exchanged contracts-Starkings & Watson have been there for me the whole way! They have received my random questions, been super efficient keeping me up to date and trusting showing prospective buyers round my property in my absence. Having dealt with 4 or 5 different estate agents around Norwich over the last 8 or so years for everything from renting, buying, selling and letting out, we hadn't been impressed with any of them. Some of them completely incompetent, at best unprofessional and always seeming to mess things up. However not this time!
