Starkings and Watson have made what I thought would be a complicated and lengthy process into a 'hassle free' experience. From the 'get go' when we met Stephen (nice chap) at the original house viewing to when we met Lisa at the second viewing (lovely lady), they were both very professional, informative regarding the property and enjoyable to talk to. Furthermore I have spoken to Lisa on a couple of occasions who has always been there to answer any questions or concerns. In addition Charly in the sales progression team has been fantastic. She has personally provided me with regular updates throughout the sale so I was never in a position where I didn't know what was going on. I can honestly say that that these valuable people (along with many others I am sure) have given me a great opinion of this Estate Agents. It just so happens that I will be selling an additional property soon and this Estate Agency will be my first port of call.

The team at Starkings & Watson in Poringland have been great in dealing with the sale of my property. My property was presented well on the websites, the photos were good, but more importantly the staff have been excellent in keeping me up to date with progress. There have been no high pressure calls, the advice I've been given is solid and I have never felt as though I wasn't important to them. My experience with Starkings &Watson has been very positive. Carl in Poringland and Charley in Norwich have both been extremely helpful in making what could have been a bumpy ride a lot calmer. Both cool and calm in their attitudes. Which is not what I had experienced with the previous agents.
