Lisa was the estate agent ( from poringland office) that met me for my very first viewing and she was absolutely amazing! professional yet so friendly, knowledgeable and completely put me at ease. The whole process through Lisa and the sale progression team was second to none.

Stephen is a fantastic agent who is professional and friendly. He always kept us in the loop and is quick at responding to enquiries. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in his job. The Starkings and Watson Poringland team as a whole are by far the easiest to deal with and friendliest estate agents around.

I recently used Starkings and Watson to purchase my first home, and I fully rate their service, and links in the local community. Their processes are easy to understand, and well measured throughout. I was expertly ushered through the door by Carl, Lisa and Tyler who had the answers and context to my questions. I used help to buy to.....help to buy and the team were very well versed. Natalie helped my sale progress and was attentive to all the weird questions I had, and was very quick to reply and communicate any updates. The team at starkings and Watson's have been amazing throughout our sale and purchase, highly recommended!

Starkings and Watson were the agents for our vendors yet Lisa was happy to accommodate my requests and handled everything with the utmost professionalism.

We recently exchanged contracts on a house sold through Starkins and Watson and found them friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to say a special thank you to Charly who has been an amazing sales progressor.

We received excellent service and support from all staff and management of the Poringland office involved in the sale of our property, in particular Steve whom maintained close contact with the buyers through the ebbs and flows of the process. The price was competitive too, highly recommended.

Starkings and Watson have made what I thought would be a complicated and lengthy process into a 'hassle free' experience. From the 'get go' when we met Stephen (nice chap) at the original house viewing to when we met Lisa at the second viewing (lovely lady), they were both very professional, informative regarding the property and enjoyable to talk to. Furthermore I have spoken to Lisa on a couple of occasions who has always been there to answer any questions or concerns. In addition Charly in the sales progression team has been fantastic. She has personally provided me with regular updates throughout the sale so I was never in a position where I didn't know what was going on. I can honestly say that that these valuable people (along with many others I am sure) have given me a great opinion of this Estate Agents.
