Friendly, professional and reliable

Friendly, upbeat, professional, efficient & ALWAYS obliging!

The minute I dealt with Ryan from Leader and Co, I knew I was in good hands .His professional but friendly and cheerful approach to anything is a strong asset of his as nothing is too much trouble for his client, He has always been ( - and is always -) available, to guide, reassure, liaise and help as and when appropriate and needed, - "A true little gem in the Real Estate World."!!! -

Friendly, honest and down to earth 10/10

Ryan secured the sale of my property in a professional, friendly and timely way. All the team at Leader & Co kept me constantly updated with all issues prior to completion and after! I always looked forward to popping into the office for a chat and discussing any ideas he had relating to the sale, and of course seeing his dogs! I consider him a friend now due to his amazing effort selling my property and can definitely recommend him to anyone buying/selling property. Well done Ryan and all the team

"Can't recommended highly enough."

Leader and Co acted for the sale of our property. A buyer was found almost immediately and Ryan kept us updated every step of the way. Despite a few (inevitable) delays, Ryan and the team went well above and beyond the call of duty at all times (even contacting us from an annual holiday abroad) to chase solicitors and buyers and to make the process as painless as possible. Excellent, friendly and hassle free service for house sale

Ryan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. After taking initial instructions, my property was up online in no time. Ryan arranged for a professional photographer to take the pictures, which made our place look really great! It his attention to detail which makes him stand out from others. I received regular updates on the progress of negotiations. When you are busy it is such a comfort to know he is on top of things. He came up with a great marketing idea for my property too. He arranged an open day that helped me to achieve the price I wanted. I never felt like just another client but as a valued part of his business.

Leader and co have been fantastic

Ryan at leader & co has been a fantastic help and is very professional! He helped me rent my property out and start with the sale of my house. In both instances he's done everything with in his power to make mine and my family's life easy. He's always been available to talk through any issues or concerns we've had and should there have been a problem he was quick to resolve it! His service is commendable and I would highly reccomend him and his company to anyone!
