We bought our first home last year and we had the absolute pleasure of James being our estate agent. We cannot even put into words how wonderful and helpful James was throughout the whole process from when we first called to view the property right until we got the keys and beyond. We had heard horror stories about buying houses etc so we were very anxious going into this, however, James settled any nerves and was always on hand with information and guidance, he has completely blown us and our families away with how lovely and supportive he was. Even when James was on annual leave, we were told in advance and handed over to the lovely Craig who was just as helpful and informative. James dealt with our many viewings and family members who wanted to come and see the house! The care box on completion was also such a lovely touch and we have left the process with James and Ewe Move feeling incredibly positive and cared for. We have recently sold our property and made an onward purchase with Ewemove, throughout the whole process we have dealt with James who was an absolute star from start to finish, yes you could say it’s his job but he was always on hand to answer any questions and offer us guidance and support even right up until 10pm!!. During our sale and purchase they introduced Olivia the sales progressor who was very helpful in sending an actual timeline of where we were with everything.
