I have recently started a tenancy through Martin & Co Pontefract. At every stage I have found the team to be extremely pleasant, very communicative and organised. Marta (and Jess & Katie) have made this process such a much easier and nicer experience. I've received assuring calls and updates throughout the whole process, all with a kind demeanor. I even got a move in goodie pack! Such a lovely team, who seem to be both knowledgeable, experienced but mostly importantly considerate and understanding of a tenant. I feel assured to be starting a hopefully very long term tenancy managed by this firm and particularly this team.

Mum’s Bungalow

Can’t thank you all enough for what you have done, from the death of my mum in April of this year to now, I can’t believe that our forever home has gone, but at least it’s going to a fantastic family, who are young enough to make happy memories of their own in the property.

We recently sold a family property and used Martin & Co Pontefract. Carolyn who came to value the property was very professional and also very friendly. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. Gemma and Danielle also kept us fully informed and provided an excellent service. We highly recommend Martin & Co as the service we got from the whole team was exceptional.

We used Martin & Co to sell our house, Lucy who came and valued it was so lovely and professional. Then we dealt with Jules while it all went through and there were alot of delays due to the chain we were in but Jules kept us updated the whole time and was so nice to deal with, nothing was ever too much for her and she also kept in touch with the solicitors too. I can’t recommend martin and co enough, thank you so much! We will definitely be using them again if we ever need too :)
