I have been dealing with Adrian and Sarah throughout this process. Adrian kindly showed me around the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. He also suggested this property to me as it fit the criteria I was looking for but had by passed it as it was slightly out of my initial price brackets. After viewing the property and after Adrian took the time to go through all the details with me, I decided it was worth the extra money! Fantastic experience, thank you so much :)

Adrian was the estate agent who helped me choose the property to rent. He was very easy to talk to and very open and honest. He had a lot of patients especially when it came to me running after my 1 year old.

We could not be more thankful that Moginie James handled the property that we bought, which happened to be our first house. Claire in particular walked us through the entire process- from viewing to turnover- in a way that is helpful and informative but without being overbearing. Of particular value to us as first-time buyers was her knowledge of the market and informed suggestions regarding potential interior improvements. I called mogine james office in Albany road, I didn't particularly find the staff friendly or helpful at all. I decided to contact a different branch in pontcanna, and spoke to staff name, Adrian, Adrian was very helpful and reassured me of the process and was willing to speak and negotiate with my current landlord. I just needed guidance, understanding of the situation I was in at the time. I felt that Adrian explained everything to me and beyond. I asked Adrian in future if I can speak to him in order to find suitable properties in the future should I wish to need another properties. I agreed with Adrian that he can view my files that the Albany office hold..

Sold a house through Moginie James earlier in the year and the service was exceptional. From their initial valuation, to the way they marketed the house and on to a smooth completion, the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout. They believed in the house we were selling and achieved the price we wanted in no time (other estate agents had blatantly under- valued for a quick sale). Had the pleasure a year later of being on the opposite side and purchasing via the same agents.
