We recently sold our house, and the sale fell through on the day of exchange. We had already put down a deposit for a rental property with another agent, and therefore had lost that money. When we sold our house again within a couple of months,, we were advised to wait until after exchange to find another property. That made everything rather urgent, since we had to find somewhere and pass all the referencing process in less than two weeks. And we managed to do it! Adrian has been helpful and polite throughout the process. He and his colleague Holly managed to get us in to view a property that was not yet on the market, so that we could be ready with a completed process by the time we need to be out of our current home. Can't say any less than excellent. Well done team Moginie James.

Efficient, effective and sincere

Chris, in particular, is not only incredibly user-friendly and good at understanding the market but also a really good guy - you get the sense that he truly is, above all else, acting in your best interests. My wife and I have rented a flat through Moginie James for the last year and a half that we have loved living in. We have been very impressed with their excellent service and Adrian in particular has been brilliant with the whole moving out process. I have yet to rent my property from Moginie James however the help that I have been receiving along the way during the referencing procedure has been fantastic. Adrian was extremely friendly and very prepared, it was our first day of house hunting and were viewing our booked in apartment at the time, Adrian had brought another set of keys for another property in the building that was coming up for rent adn offered to show us around that property as well. This was very thoughtful of Adrian to offer another viewing that we hadn't even booked or knwon about, and ultimately led to us applying to rent the property.
