I have been dealing with Rhys recently for a number of ongoing things. Rhys is fast to get a resolution, he takes the time to come back to you to explain what has been done and he provides service with a smile. Rhys is chatty, polite, personable and happy!! It's nice to pick up the phone and talk to someone that doesn't find things to be an effort and that clearly wants to help. Every estate agents needs a Rhys!!

Rhys has been very cooprative through out the whole process . He was very quick in responding to my calls and emails & kept me updated & re assured me that he is trying different alternatives to get the oven and the intercom fixed .

First time buying made easy

I recently bought my first flat with the team and they couldn't have been more helpful. Clare showed us around a flat i had booked to view, which was nice, however I wasn't mad about it. Clare had all the information on the flat to hand and we had a good viewing. At the end Clare did mention there was another flat for sale in the next block and would i like to see it, which I did. I instantly thought this is the flat for me. Clare was so helpful with the initial set up of putting an offer in. This is when Jayne took over. She was always in contact throughout the week keeping me informed of what was happening, what I could do to speed things up, and answering any questions I had. The whole process went smoothly and the final day of collecting the keys Clare couldn't have been happier for me in the branch and I felt that. Thank you to Clare, Jayne and the whole team for their help, I am now a homeowner and a happy one at that!

Replacement of fridgefreezer

Once I had reported the fault using the website , I had a phonecall the next morning from the agent . He arranged for an engineer to visit at no inconvenience to myself as the engineering company were able to collect the key from the agent and visit whilst I was in work . It was decided that due to the nature of the problem a new fridgefreezer was required , this was sorted by the agent and the engineer promptly again with no inconvenience to myself.

The Staff at Moginie James Pontcanna office are excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are so welcoming everytime you call by the office with any queries or concerns. Lovely to liaise with Welsh speaking staff too - Liz went beyond the call of duty and made the process as easy as possible.
