Since Moginie James set up their dedicated Maintenace Department at 108 Bute Street, I have been very impressed by the consciousness of the staff, especially their attention to detail and the urgency with which they respond to various maintenance issues. My impression is that they are all well trained by the Company and have the ability to resolve quickly any problems that arise in the day-to-day management of my properties. All the staff have a very good telephone manner which makes contact with them a pleasant experience.

After-sales support was vital...

Having bought my property in Pontcanna back in July 2015, through Moginie James, their in and after-sales support was invaluable. Having a dedicated point of contact/ representative to liaise between solicitors during the conveyancing process, was also essential. Multiple access to the house being purchased, during the sales process, was also forthcoming, and arranged with ease. They also provide a welsh language service/ point of contact, which was a breath of fresh air really, especially for Pontcanna.
