I honestly cannot recommend sweetmove enough. Emily and Kate are second to none, their knowledge and guidance have made the process of selling my house easy and enjoyable. This was my first time selling a property so I went into it pretty clueless and worried however with Emily and Kate on the other end of the phone each worry was squished almost immediately. They found me a buyer so quickly and made sure I was up to date every step of the way. So happy my house is sold however now sad I don’t get to deal with Kate and Emily each week (sometimes daily, sorry ladies)!! 5 star service.

The Sweetmove team were most helpful from the first time we met Emily to look round the property that we wished to buy. Emily in particular made negotiations on purchase price straightforward and helped us in discussions with the seller about items in the house we were interested in and provided two recommendations for local tradesmen. When she wasn't available, one of her colleagues would deal with any questions. Sweetmove were the managing agent of two properties that we let. Their involvement was complete from serving Section 21's, working with the tenants to find new accommodation in the difficult market, marketing the properties and showing it to prospective clients. Throughout the process we were kept informed and any issues were dealt with openly and successfully. I have seen how the large agencies operate and how they work to take a commission from every action or service that are part of letting, selling or buying of property. Such behaviour was never witnessed during all our dealings with Sweetmove as landlord and seller.
