Amazing service from Sweetmove, Pocklington. From initially putting our house on the market, where they took perfect photos and gained 5 viewings in just 3 days! We initially got 2 offers and accepted one, which unfortunately fell through. Sweetmove were brilliant in handling the situation and we quickly resold again in a matter of days. After a terrible 8 months (through fault of buyers) we finally completed on our sale in July 2023. I would recommend Sweetmove to everyone, especially Emily, who has gone above and beyond throughout the process.

We were able to rent a house after a couple of viewings that were booked for us by the agent. All properties were showed and explained to the best agent’s knowing of the questions I raised. Agents were polite and professional. All process is pretty straightforward. Highly satisfied.

Sweetmove were amazing. They were really accommodating when I was viewing properties and lined a number of properties up in the area. They acted really quickly once I made an offer and went back and forth between me and the sellers to get an agreement. During the sales process, they were constantly in contact with both me, the sellers and our solicitors to move things on. I had problems with my solicitors and Sweetmove helped to work around this and complete the purchase. It easily would have taken an extra month to complete without Sweetmove’s support. Highly recommend.
