Sweetmove were the managing agent of two properties that we let. Their involvement was complete from serving Section 21's, working with the tenants to find new accommodation in the difficult market, marketing the properties and showing it to prospective clients. Throughout the process we were kept informed and any issues were dealt with openly and successfully. I have seen how the large agencies operate and how they work to take a commission from every action or service that are part of letting, selling or buying of property. Such behaviour was never witnessed during all our dealings with Sweetmove as landlord and seller.
