Not all agents are the same..... I have a number of properties that are let out and I always use an agent. I came across Martin & Co when a friend recommended them to me. My tenant had served notice and I needed to get it re-let, my existing agent had been slow to respond in the past so I decided to review the market. Louise was very helpful in finding a property for Matt. She was friendly and polite whenever one of us spoke to her and she was very helpful in showing us the properties.
