Had previously had property valued by Fox and sons at £240/£250, . I thought this was a little low and lady who valued it did not seem very confident on what she was doing. I then contacted Martin and Co and they valued at £270 which I thought was a reasonable price. Michelle then took the bull by the horns and arranged 13 viewings in the next couple of days and managed to get 3 offers all over the asking price. Needless to say we took the best offer of 10k over what had been originally asked.
