In very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and fully manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abigail whom was so supportive and highly professional in processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property. After dealing with Abagail and others I would like to thank all for part one job well done and I highly recommend M&C for anyone is looking for peace of mind to rent out his property.

I would really recommend them to everyone as they are professional, quick, kind and helpful. Out of the team, I would like to highlight Janine who helped me through the whole process which is a bit more difficult as I am from abroad. The paperwork were done within a few days so even if you have a week only to find an apartment, they will be able to help you out.

The service we receive from Louise and all the team at Martin and Co is always superb and puts our minds at rest given we don't live in the area. The re-marketing of the property was extremely efficient and gave us various options on tenant choice which was a great place to be in. We will continue to use the entire back office team as they are very personable and polite when responding to any inquiries that we get.
