Positive experience from start to finish. Louise made us feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. Communicated well verbally and was very prompt in returning emails. My grandson and I went to view a studio flat for him in Marlborough Street, Plymouth. We were met by a most pleasant young man called Michael Cowell who made sure I was carefully helped up the stairs. Once inside the flat all details regarding the rental were carefully explained and Michael very competently answered the questions asked. All in all a very satisfactory experience. So very grateful to Louise for the care she gave to finding us suitable tenants. We have experienced other agencies who appear to just want to get properties off their books as fast as possible and to add to their statistics for that month but for tenant find only Louise has really listened to our worries and gone the extra mile to check out every applicant to ensure that our requirements have been met.

Great service and smooth process. Using Martin & Co Plymouth to let out my flat for the first time as I've had to move away. Chris and the team have been great, especially fielding my many questions about the process.
