I don’t think i realised how sub par previous agencies have been until I had the pleasure of dealing with Louise @ Martin & Co and Aimee @ Rightmove. Response timeframes to queries were impressive to say the least. Would certainly recommend them highly to any one interested in engaging with their services. Me and my partner have been in process for months to find a lovely property to rent. We found a property to view through Martin & Co which was perfect for our wants / needs. Viewing a property can come with a bit of anxiety, but when we met with Tui our anxieties vanished when she was very kind and helpful. She was understanding of queries and questions we had and there were no limits to what she could try to do to help us. We have been accepted for one of the properties and Tui has been more than helpful throughout the process so far, and we cannot wait to move in. Thank you again 😁

Louise from martin and co has been such a big help with what is usually a very difficult and stressful time. We got given a section21 as our landlady was selling. We contacted louise right away and arranged to view this house. It was the first one we viewed and our first choice home and from start to finish she made it so simple and stress free. She kept us up to date every step of the way and was very quick to answer all queries. A five star service all the way.
