Property Management from Martin & Co.
After Martin & Co. purchased Executive Lets earlier this year, there were a few initial teething problems, with computer change overs and staff reshuffles. I'm glad to say that the property management is running smoothly again, just like it was with Executive Lets. Sarah Quinton is my property manager. She is reliable, competent, helpful and enthusiastic too. This gives me every confidence in her. No problem seems too difficult for Sarah or her surrounding team, who have all kept their promises, be it returning a phone call or sending a document when requested. I have used Executive Lets to manage my properties for many years and I am glad that I stayed with them during the buy out of Executive Lets. I recommended Executive Lets to a couple of my friends, and they have also remained with Executive Lets throughout the changeover to Martin & Co. I am confident that Martin & Co will continue to offer a great service and I will continue to use them.

Estate agent OR letting agent. Both absolutely first class!
Having been let down twice in the past by two different independent Plymouth letting agents, we were hesitant when Martin & Co Plymouth were recommended to us. We soon discovered we had no cause to be, they were excellent! From the first meeting with Chris, a friendly, professional guy, it was clear he understood perfectly our needs. We were offered freedom in exactly how much we wanted Martin & Co Plymouth to do (and therefore how much we paid them!) The marketing of our property was spot on, their photos were excellent, they really did the job and they found us excellent tenants quicker than they promised to, and at a higher rent then we had previously received! Communication was always friendly, prompt and efficient from all members of staff who dealt with us and any issues with the property were quickly sorted. When we decided to sell the property, the level of service from Martin & Co Plymouth was, if anything, even better. Our sale was handled by Claire, who was extremely pleasant to deal with and very efficient. If possible we particularly wanted to sell to someone who would continue let the property and allow our tenants to stay. We took some advice from Claire which resulted in the very next person viewing the property actually buying it and doing exactly that! Claire competently managed the whole process throughout the sale and seemed to constantly be on the phone to both sides solicitors chasing them up and reporting every step back to us. The house is now sold and we have no plans for any property transactions in the foreseeable future but if we did, we would not hesitate to come straight back to Martin & Co Plymouth. In short, everyone we came in to contact with at Martin & Co Plymouth did exactly what we would have hoped they would do and more, in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Thoroughly recommended!

Accommodation close to Devonport Dockyard
I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service offered by the team at Martin & Co. As a self-employed contractor visiting Plymouth for the first time, my short term accommodation requirements regarding suitability, cost and location to Devonport Dockyard, were met immediately. My properties are in excellent hands!
Martin and Co now manage 10 of my letting properties which I used to manage myself, and I am delighted I have made the change. They managed the transition of taking on the properties very smoothly and efficiently; communication is excellent; and I feel reassured my properties are in excellent hands!

Finally got the home we have wanted...
My partner and I had an extremely upsetting and horrible experience with our first ever rental together and therefore we were desperate to find somewhere we could finally call home. Martin & Co helped us to do this, Vicki and Gemma especially, had to work extremley hard to get the fat for us due to a very unhelpful previous landlady. They understood our situations and worked with us, they believed in us when we didnt think anyone would and they have finally made our wants, needs and futures easier. They talk us through everything step by step and got us in within a week which was incredible, the fees and admin charges are very reasonable and the help and guidance you get for it is priceless. We know we have a good team behind us should we need anything. We cannot wait to make this our home and it wouldn't have been without the help of the Martin & Co team. Thank you guys!

Great service from Martin and co. Brilliant estate agents
We were initially using an online agent for our property.m, and we did get lots of viewings on our fairly unique cottage. But nothing was translating into offers over several months. We decided to change to start using Martin and Co, which was the best decision we could have made. Initially Chris and then Clare always emailed or phoned back immediately and were a great support during our sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and expert estate agent.

Fantastic service
We recently bought our house from Martin & Co and despite us not being their paid client, we cannot rate their service highly enough. They worked constantly on our behalf to chase up solicitors and other agents to get us moving as quickly as possible, particularly due to our complicated circumstances. If we ever move again - we rather hope not for quite some time!! - we would definitely come back to Martin & Co as an agent we can trust to get us through the process.
