In very limited cases I write a review but once dealing with Martin and Co I could not hold back for other people to know the professionalism of this company , I have ask M&C to let and manage my 4 bedroom house in Plymouth , I met first at the property with Chris who is the managing director for evaluation and initial agreement , Chris was so professional in his approach and you can see he is a great gentleman, then I have dealt with Abbie Alan whom was so supportive and highly professional in managing my property, processing the documents , letting agreements and finally finding the right tenant for my property. We were greeted by Kay westgarth at the property we have now rented. Kay was extremely efficient, lovely and polite, Kay showed us round the property and went above and beyond. Kay talked us through the process and kept us updated every step of the way. Kay presented herself very professionally and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Martin and co and Kay Westgarth. A very thorough and easy process and only took a couple of days to complete. Kay is a credit to the team.

We have a couple of rental properties managed by Martin and Co, in particular looked after by Abigail. All of the staff are wonderfully helpful, but I don't know what we would do without Abi. She is marvelously efficient and communicative, solving problems at the drop of a hat, and taking away much of the stress involved with property management. No issue is too big or too small for Abi to deal with, and she does it all with a lovely friendly manner. Thank you Abi for all you do :)

I'm first time buyer with very little idea of what I was doing, and Tui went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me buy my first place! The whole process from viewings, communication with the vendor, to all the admin and paperwork she had made the process absolutely seamless with super fast responses, professionalism and kindness :) she also helped me with finding a solicitors and surveyors. I would recommend to anyone, and especially a first time buyer where the whole process would otherwise seem intimidating!
