I have rented with Belvoir for over a year now and it was my first experience of being involved with the rental market. My first experience wasn't great and I moved after 6 months, this was not through the fault of Belvoir but the landlord, the house was not fit for purpose. Amy was very helpful, tried to get the issues sorted out quickly so that I could move back to the property. Have rented from Belvoir twice and cannot recommend them enough. Currently with Belvoir for the second time. The first time I left because I wanted a bigger space and had no problems when I moved out with deposit etc. When I moved back into one of their properties they were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for me to make the move easy. The staff are so friendly and efficient. Brilliant letting agents, and I say that as a housing worker.
