If you're thinking of selling your home in and around North-West London, then I'd definitely recommend Robsons, and Scott Elliott specifically - they were excellent and I can't rate Scott and the team highly enough . We decided to sell our home during lockdown (and were subsequently making an international move). Scott and his team made everything so seamless. From set up and decision making on pricing, to floorplans and EPC appointments, to photography, to viewings, and finally to sale, it just felt so easy. We started our sale mid-lockdown and Scott set up one day of appointments (so we only had to be out of the house for a couple of hours). The appointments were all pre-vetted, and from them, Scott managed to obtain multiple offers over asking for us , meaning that we went from live listing to sale agreement (subject to contract) in only 7 days (and most of that was because of our listing date was on Monday or Tuesday and our viewing date was on Saturday). This also meant that we didn't have to vacate the house multiple times to accommodate viewings. In addition, Scott found us a buyer who would work to our timelines - we wanted to live in our property till our children completed their school year, so as to not disrupt them. Scott was able to communicate our requests to prospective buyers and thereby set realistic expectations around exchange and completion dates.
