I could not have chosen a better Estate Agents than ElliotLee to look after the advertising and selling of my fathers house in Pinner. From the first time James came to see myself and my Father about putting the the house on the market , he came across as having an understanding on my fathers personal needs. James knew how to quietly talk to my father (who is 88 years and can at times be very difficult )he put my father at ease, he spent time and gave professional advise without being pushy. Even when my father agreed to appointing ElliotLee for the sale of his house James kept in touch as promised and was always there if we needed him. James took a lot of pressure from my shoulders, as I live in Spain and needed someone I could trust. They found a buyer from the first Open Home event and we was put as ease that the buyer was a move management client so gave us confidence they would see it through to the end. Chloe Williams & Stephen Denton have been a pleasure to work with. Chloe had communicated to me promptly at all times( when she had prospective tenants interested, any requirements from these tenants,etc) It had been to/fro with Pocket as regards approval of the tenant, and Stephen had continuously worked with them (providing any info/documents ) during the process. Quick, Hassle free service - Beginning of Tenancy

I've moved houses few time over the past 9 years and service I received from ElliotLee's staff Melanie Jones and Chloe Williams was outstanding and was quick to respond to my queries. Chloe handled everything during viewing and pre-contract and Melanie handle contract side of things. The whole process (i.e. providing references, payments, signing contracts) was available online and I only had to visit their office ones during the whole process and it was only to provide IDs in person. Lets see how it goes and I'll either write here in 6 months or 2 years.
