Having been a customer of Newton Fallowell, both renting my property and finally selling it, I have only positive things to say about their services and my interaction with the staff of their Werrington office. They found me an excellent tenant who respected and looked after my property and, after I finally decided to put it on the market they very quickly produced a high quality ???online??? brochure which immediately attracted considerable interest which resulted in numerous viewings and offers. Despite the fact the initial sale fell through, due entirely to the prospective buyer being unable to sell their own property, they very quickly organised more viewings, which again resulted in numerous offers and they kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, which to me living abroad, was vitally important. I also very much appreciated their attention to the small but, nevertheless, important things. Collecting and forwarding any post, taking the utility meter readings and generally keeping me informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Nicola and her team to anyone considering renting or selling their property. All property agencies will tell a good story about the services they offer but Newton Fallowell certainly delivered on their promises to me.
