I have sold 3 rental properties in Peterborough in the last 4 years. The first property in Paston I sold through a local estate agent and had a long and protracted sale.I was constantly having to probe and chase everything and eventually the sale took 7 months to get over the line. So in summary I have had two successful sales with Newton Fallowell both within a 3 three months window. If I had to downsize my home property I would have no hesitation in solely marketing it with my local estate agent Newton Fallowell.
