Best Agency in Peterborough.
From the start, Cookes Property Management was amazing. Roland, Brenda and Hazel were very proffesional, friendly and always helpful. I have never been with an agency that I have never had a single issue with. Until now. I would recommend this company highly. The prices and proffesionalism is second to none. And we would definitely use them again.

Professional and friendly, highly recommend
Spent 2 years at a property managed by Roland and Ann, they always looked after us and any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally, any communications were very friendly, they certainly buck the trend as far as estate agents go!

2 years of excellent service
We rented a property through cookes property management for 2 years and their communication was great throughout especially when the owners of the property had to sell the house we rented, this was an especially difficult time as i was pregnant and wasnt something we needed but Roland made it easier by keeping us in the loop. Unfortunately it was being sold via Connells estate agents who were less than helpful and made us feel like strangers in our home. Thank you Cookes property management for making a difficult move that much easier. The only negative thing i have to say and i am sorry to say but Hazel needs to scrub up on her people skills as she caused me a fair bit of anxiety. But that is a very minor issue.

Friendly, small agency with the personal touch
I have been a tenant with Cooke's Property Management since 2008 and am delighted with the service they provide. Unlike some larger agencies (and I have known a few, as a tenant of 30 years standing!) you are not just a number but an individual. Any request I have made has always been listened to and accommodated where at all possible. A representative is always available on the end of the phone to deal with issues if they arise. Naturally, being a tenant comes with responsibilities in respect of the property and the residents of neighbouring properties. Responsibilities are clearly stated in a formal tenancy agreement, and if these are adhered to, being a tenant under Cooke's Property Management is a pleasure, knowing that your home is being managed effectively.

excellent company
if you want a thoroughly professional, efficient and fair service then Cookes Property Management deliver just that. I have worked with them for many years and experienced first hand how they work with both Landlords and tenants. They have a great team and are very good at managing the difficult balance of making tenancies work for Landlords, and tenants. They develop solid working relationships and are caring and understanding as well as taking a hard line when issues need action. Highly recommended!!
