2 years of excellent service

We rented a property through cookes property management for 2 years and their communication was great throughout especially when the owners of the property had to sell the house we rented, this was an especially difficult time as i was pregnant and wasnt something we needed but Roland made it easier by keeping us in the loop. Unfortunately it was being sold via Connells estate agents who were less than helpful and made us feel like strangers in our home. Thank you Cookes property management for making a difficult move that much easier. The only negative thing i have to say and i am sorry to say but Hazel needs to scrub up on her people skills as she caused me a fair bit of anxiety. But that is a very minor issue.
