Friendly, small agency with the personal touch

I have been a tenant with Cooke's Property Management since 2008 and am delighted with the service they provide. Unlike some larger agencies (and I have known a few, as a tenant of 30 years standing!) you are not just a number but an individual. Any request I have made has always been listened to and accommodated where at all possible. A representative is always available on the end of the phone to deal with issues if they arise. Naturally, being a tenant comes with responsibilities in respect of the property and the residents of neighbouring properties. Responsibilities are clearly stated in a formal tenancy agreement, and if these are adhered to, being a tenant under Cooke's Property Management is a pleasure, knowing that your home is being managed effectively.
