I would like to give a 5 star review to Michelle Gordon, Lettings Manager at Belvoir Peterborough. I have just completed on my first investment property and Michelle and her team will be managing it for me. Her communication throughout the whole process has been prompt and very professional. I will certainly be looking to buy again in the future and I will be more than happy for Michelle to handle the management. Many thanks for a job well done.

Carrie has been supportive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Its been a frustrating sale as it took longer than expected but that was not down to Carrie. She managed to keep the buyer on side so that we could complete as quickly as possible.

The advice was sound, expectations soundly set and they actually overdelivered on what they estimated. Carrie responded to all queries quickly. To be honest I just left her to her job, and she took care of everything. She was very pleasant and professional to deal with and as a novice her expert advice was invaluable to me. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Belvoir to anyone wanting to sell their property in a professional manner.

Having been a landlord and using their Property Management services for many years, the time finally came for me to sell my property.... and sell it they did! Within a couple of weeks I had a good off-market offer and the deal was done. From there the team went above and beyond to help with all the required paperwork in order to keep the solicitors happy (I now live overseas so was flying blind).
