Incredible customer service. You won't find a kinder and lovelier staff group as good as them. They are fast-responding, patient, understanding and hard-working group of individuals who are always on a mission to see that their customers are at optimum satisfaction. Within my experience with them, they are exceptional company, a good laugh and potent in their service. I would like to highlight two very gorgeous and talented girls named Kayleigh and Rosie. Equivalent fortune as winning the lottery if you find yourselves with them. Okay maybe that's a stretch as winning the lottery is profoundly unlikely but my point still stands. 12/10 service. I may have promised them this review of this kind of depth not going to lie...plus they kind of won me over when I was given a creme egg and a cup of coffee. And forgiveness when I surprisingly forgot about one of the most prominent part of my viewing. What an evening that was.

My husband and I have recently purchased a property through Belvoir. We can highly recommend the agency and our Sales Negotiator, Natalie Fitzjohn. During our buying process we have found that the Agency itself has always dealt with any telephone calls or messages promptly. Natalie has conducted herself professionally and in a friendly and courteous manner. Any telephone calls or emails we have made or sent to Natalie have been replied to promptly with all the information we have requested. Natalie has always been on time for any appointments we made with respect to viewings and if she did not have the answers always came back after sourcing the information we needed. She has worked efficiently on our sale and kept us informed each step of the way. She well deserves the five stars we have rated her and the Agency she works for.

I have to say that Natalie Fitzjohn at Belvoir Peterborough has been extremely professional and helpful in the sale of my property. She has kept me informed the whole time and been very available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Cannot speak on being a tenant with Belvoir as we have just signed our tenancy however I can comment on the amazing support we received from Sophie Rand! Some issues arose during our referencing which Sophie informed us of immediately, kept in touch while we got it sorted (and did what she could on her end to help) and had our paperwork sorted almost immediately as soon as the issue was resolved. Felt totally supported and comfortable throughout the process and commend Sophie on her great service and for always being polite and cheerful through my seemingly endless emails to her! Would recommend dealing with Sophie if you can however I'm sure the rest of the team are just as great!
