I have been working with Belvoir since 2016 to rent my studio in Cambridge. Recently I had a pleasure of working with Ms Sophie Rand who looked after the financial side of my let. She was very efficient, polite and kept me informed on all aspects of my NRL1 form, rent collection and transfer of funds. I am happy that Sophie took care of my affairs.

I Finally sold my property thanks to the amazing staff at Belvoir Lettings Peterborough thanks for all the hard work, without it and there expert nature in dealing with properties. Carrie has been supportive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Its been a frustrating sale as it took longer than expected but that was not down to Carrie. She managed to keep the buyer on side so that we could complete as quickly as possible.
