This is my personal view of Belvoir Lettings in Peterborough,one person named Barry has made life a lot easier due to his patience,care & attention to details in all correspondence that I make and takes out the worry that someone is looking after your property!

Me and my partner have been in our flat for a year next week its our first flat through an estate agent the process was very quick and smooth and the management team was friendly and helpful with any quieries we had. Since moving in our property manager liam horton has helped with any quieries we have had and always gets back to us quickly. Have liaised with Barry Eudale from Maintenance for years now. He has recently completed a job for me which I am very happy with as always. He always takes the time to explain and ensure that I understand the issue at hand whatever the complexity and goes through any options with me in detail. He is sensitive to taking a reasonable approach which is both cost effective and which gets the job done. He takes the time to answer my queries and his charges are always in my experience within the estimate or quotation. He has a pleasant reasonable human approach which sadly these days is often set aside by the younger "hard nosed" generation. So, thank you once again to Barry and to Belvoir!
