BELVOIR went out of their way to make sure our whole process end to end was completely well managed. We had a few issues on our side but the helpful can do attitude made everything so much easier. The step by step approach allowed us to really understand what we needed to do at each step and flexibility with an earlier move date really helped us. The person that really made the experience was Kayleigh Prowen. She was on hand from our first contact to checking everything was ok after our move. An absolute shining example of how proper customer service should be done and a real asset.
