She follows through with what she says she’s going to do , I’ve not even had to chase her to follow up things ect. Carrie has been fantastic from start to finish - very professional. From valuation and through to exchange she has answered all questions very efficiently and has gone above and beyond with all requests. I would always receive an informative update when I requested one and Carrie was very efficient in the sales chasing process.
