Belvoir Estate Agents Perth are the worst Estate Agents ever as they treated me unfairly, unprofessional and racist. Especially Maddison Thorpe and Callum. They were happy to carry out my requests when I was landlord but as soon as I requested them to serve tenant notice to vacate, they stopped replying my emails or returning my phone calls. I even travelled from Channel Islands twice to their office to verify if my instructions had been carried out. Each time Callum at reception said Maddison was out viewing properties and she would phone me but she did not. I gave Maddison three months notice to serve the notice but three months later I find she had not done so. I then complained to head office and regional office, and only then notice was eventually served. I had made preparations to move back but instead I had to put my belongings in storage whilst waiting for my flat to be vacant. It caused a lot of inconvenience,not to mention the financial drain of paying for storage. The emotional, mental anguish and stress this caused me, has made me unwell.

Absolutely terrible letting agency. Both us as the tenants, and the landlords were sick to the back teeth of them by the time we left. Even whilst we lived in the house, getting any sort of repairs/upkeep done through them (as was stated in our rent agreement) was made to be so hard, and no work ended up getting done. Incredibly unfriendly agents who threatened and intimidated us on multiple occasions, when the error was on their part due to faults in their system. The most disorganised and badly run letting agency we have ever had the misfortune of working with. Avoid at all costs.
