Lheyton FBM agent was so great in showing us the apartment. He took time to let us look around even though we were running late and didn’t get to our viewing right until the end. He did a fantastic job telling us about the apartment and the landlords as well as telling us about the local area. Lheyton definitely sold us on the location and the property! I am in the process of purchasing a property via FBM and am beyond happy with the customer service I have received. Most of my dealings have been with Amberley, who has been extremely helpful, efficient and reliable. She is very responsive to e-mails and calls alike and ensures that she follows up on queries in a quick and efficient manner. I have also had some involvement with Melissa and Donna, both of whom were equally as helpful and efficient as Amberley. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone, furthermore, if I ever need the services of an estate agent again I will definitely use FBM.
