We had the pleasure of meeting Donna at a viewing today. It was so refreshing to meet such an engaged estate agent!! So proactive in drilling down to the details of what we were looking for, and suggesting lots of other properties which we had missed. Our tenant informed us that his electricity was off. It was out of FBM's normal office hours, but we had excellent support from Lheyton, their emergency contact. He called over to the property to confirm the problem, very quickly, and arranged for electricians to attend. He kept us informed throughout.Thanks for the great service.
