Excellent, calm, thoughtful service. Helped us sell and find the right property.

Damien at Allen residential was very helpful and considerate when helping us sell and find a new property. He remained calm throughout the process, which is inevitably stressful at times and was always available to give friendly advise. I would recommend this agent.

Very Professional Service with lots of Local Knowledge.

Very Pleased with the service Allen Residential provided in the sale of our house,The initial meetings and correspondence was with the Director James Allen,who has a vast knowledge of the local area and was always quick to reply to any questions or advice asked from us. Once we decided to go to Market the Sales Manager Damien took over the marketing and sale of the property. Damien was extremely professional and constantly kept us up to date with any developments (even contacted me on his day off on one occasion). We would definitely recommend the service they provide. First time buyer

This was my first property that I have purchased and on my own as well so I was very unsure on the overall process and (what happens next) side of things. Allen Residential were helpful throughout and gave me all the information I needed. They encouraged me to view the property as many times I liked to make sure I was 100% sure before committing which was good. I would highly recommend them to anyone and especially if you are a first time buyer as they take a (there is no such thing as a stupid question) approach. Thanks Jamie

Superb service - many thanks!

This was a sale on behalf of my elderly parents-in-law who have health issues. The service, from start to finish, was superb and we were kept fully informed, without prompting, throughout the process. Our sales process was lengthy and potentially very difficult but it was handled with great professionalism by Damien. It is rare to find a business that keeps to it's promise of returning calls and rarer still to find one that does what it says it will do. Superb service and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Stress and hassle free sell

Damian sold our 2 bed flat in whitchurch in less than 1 week! He made the process of the sell as stress and hassle free as he could. The sell wasn't easy and took a total of 6 months due to other parties poor services, but Damian and Allen Residential were fantastic! We were kept up to date by the sell and Damian managed to over come hurdles before they came problematic! We completed today after a stressful sell which was made so much more pleasant from Damian's help. Thank you all!

Really great service

We were the buyer for a property that damien hawker was acting as agent. We couldn't fault him. He was quick to respond to queries, easy to contact and communicate with, and a friendly down to earth approach. Would recommend him.

Amazing Service and Result - highly recommend!

My thanks to James and Damien at Allen Residential for an amazing service and help selling my property. Damien even had to clean up some cat sick for a viewing... if that's not going the extra mile... I don't know what is. I would highly recommend them and if you're a busy person, they earn every penny of their commission by taking all the stress away!
