Starlings and Watson..What a fabulous estate agent..Over a 6 month period they kept me informed regularly, reducing stress and worry. Thanks to them I am in my forever home with no last minute bartering..Steve the viewing agent was lovely, going out of his way to show us the property on a number of occasions..Will constantly checked on the chain..They really did look after us. Big love to the S&W team.

Fantastic!!! I can't thank the Team at Starkings and Watson Diss branch enough for their incredible service in selling my late mother's property. When some of the other "big" names in the town offered to do a valuation "within the next 3-4 weeks" Steve offered his team to provide a valuation within a matter of days and so they got the business. Within 5 days of listing Dominic had managed to get 5 confirmed viewings - one of which ended up being the buyer. All through the process, the communication was first rate with Will and Steve keeping me up to date and sourcing the necessary information to progress the sale. Can't recommend them highly enough!
