As a busy restaurant owner , I don’t have the time to think about all the legislation that goes into looking after the rental properties , so I rely on Absolute , to make sure this is all taken care of . They remind me , when certificates etc , need replacing or when problems arise , and then together we action them .

I have worked with absolute for a little over a year now. After using two other local Estate Agents, I can safely say that Absolute have done a great Job so far. The in-house referencing in particular has impressed me. Marketing has been good, as have the agents I have worked with! They're not the cheapest agents in the bay, but I guess you pay for what you're getting (Quality). I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt!
