Thomas Merrifield

Great team. Friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. Renting through Thomas Merrifield has been great. We have had some dreadful experiences with other lettings agents, but Simon, Kirsty and the rest of the team make things easy and stress-free.

Were very flexible and understanding when my wife and I had to move out of the apartment due to surgery. Simon Hedges and Simon Smith in particular were nice to talk to and understanding.

The members of the Lettings team are very professional, friendly and exceptionally responsive. Maintenance requests were always promptly dealt with during our tenancy with Thomas Merrifield. A letting agency where tenants also matter. Highly recommended.

As a tenant of a flat let by Thomas Merrifield, I'd like to say they were great agents! My partner and I rented the flat for over two years and TM were always polite and helpful when responding to problems. Repairs in the flat were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Thanks to everyone at TM!

Good and professionally run - friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with.

My partner and I have used the services of the lettings team in Oxford to rent out our property, and have had nothing but a great experience with them. They always find pleasant tenants and quickly too, which ensures we don’t have any void periods. Very knowledgable, professional and supportive. Will never use anybody else to rent our properties!

Excellent service from Thomas Merrifield, they made letting our flat a very straight forward process. As well as finding a tenant immediately, the whole team have been friendly, informative, responsive and professional at every step.

From start to finish the team at Thomas Merryfield made the whole experience really easy and smooth with a quick turnaround to help me into my new place. Thank you to Lily for keeping me informed all the way
