We had a perfect service from Northwood and cannot recommend them enough. We required a short term let urgently where Lloyd went above and beyond to ensure we were able to secure the property. Nothing was too much trouble and even when an unexpected issue with the boiler arose (which could not have been forseen), Wesley dedicated his busy Saturday to ensure we were both OK. With the issue swiftly resolved, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay in one of their many beautiful properties. It's clear Northwood really care about their customers and we would not hesitate in reaching out to them again in our time of need. I recently moved out of Oxford to Hertford . The whole procedure took eight months. The service provided by Northwood throughout was first class. All staff were well informed and very helpful. Lloyd particularly went over and beyond his remit to make the process smooth and was very conscientious. I would without hesitation recommend this company .

Have been to a number of Oxford agencies and Northwood were by far the most helpful. We were after a couples room in a hurry and Northwood provided us two really good viewings well within budget and licensed. Ended up confirming on one of them and they even expedited the move in date. On paperwork they were helpful and they've gone out of the way to tackle issues with the house. One suggestion I have is that the house has a number of issues and I'd suggest they do an audit of it to see if they can tackle a load at once. To conclude: can't fault their service, their offerings, or their troubleshooting. Would recommend and happily use again!
